Momoshiki Otsutsuki
A member of the Otsutsuki clan arrogantly absorbing chakra and ninjutsu. Unyielding to Talk no Jutsu, Momoshiki was eventually crushed by Oyako Rasengan by the combination of Boruto and Naruto.
The Otsutsuki clan is really famous for being very egoistic. They don’t want to be dominated at all and just do what they want. Therefore, Talk no Jutsu will not affect him.
Kaguya Otsutsuki
Ancestors of chakra and ninjutsu in the ninja world. Kaguya goes insane then confronts her two children after feeling her chakra has been ‘stolen’ by them. After being sealed on the moon for centuries, Kaguya has returned. Fortunately, Naruto and Sasuke were able to seal her away again with the help of the Six Path Sage Hagoromo.
Just imagine, being locked up for hundreds of years definitely made Kaguya hold a grudge against Hamura and Hagoromo and then their grandchildren. Kaguya doesn’t care about them at all and just wants to get her chakra. No matter how strong Talk no Jutsu is, it doesn’t affect Kaguya.
Uchiha Shin
Shin was one of the many victims of Orochimaru’s experiments and Danzo was used as a ‘vessel’ for the Sharingan, using Hashirama cells and his body’s adaptive abilities.
After escaping from Orochimaru Shin is obsessed with Itachi Uchiha and Akatsuki, wanting to revive the organization and rekindle the flames of war and kill Sasuke Uchiha as he is considered to have betrayed his brother’s dream.
Unfortunately, before Shin was affected by Talk no Jutsu, Shin ended up dying at the hands of his own clones for treating them like trash.
Uchiha Madara
A fearsome legendary ninja. Having a very strong desire, Madara ignored both Naruto and Hashirama’s Talk no Jutsu and continued to find a way to activate the Eternal Tsukuyomi to create ‘eternal peace’. After being manipulated by Kaguya and running out of breath, Madara only realized his mistake and apologized to Hashirama.
